Actions - What are you writing, playing, handling? What fine motor skills do you spend the most time doing?

Movement - How much time do you spend commuting? How many times do you go back and forth?

Release - How is your digestion? Is your gut telling you something? Are you emotionally constipated?

Creation - How do you channel your horni? How do you cultivate your superpowers when your hands are tied?
